At the recruitment stage you will be invited to attend for an interview and complete a task related to the post you are applying for.

References are requested for all short-listed candidates (with your approval) prior to interview.  A current clear disclosure record from the DBS is required before staff start with us, the cost of applying for this will be covered by the Foundation.  

We keep all paperwork related to the recruitment of any post for 6 months after which it will be destroyed.
