Report any changes in the residents’ physical or mental condition to the nursing staff or the supervisor promptly and accurately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the residents and their families, and help them cope with the challenges of aging and illness.
- Follow the safety and infection control policies and procedures of the frailcare facility, and use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and communicate effectively with the residents, their families, and the other staff members.
- Ensure that the rooms and common areas of the frailcare facility are clean and sanitized according to the established standards and protocols.
- Assist the residents with their personal hygiene needs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
